You can have all the advantages of ablative laser skin resurfacing without the pain and down time. Fractionated skin resurfacing improves skin texture and tone, smoothes wrinkles and acne scars, and diminishes brown age spots on the face, neck, chest, arms and hands.

Fractionated skin resurfacing is based on the principle of micro-thermal treatment zones. The laser pulses create tiny treatment zones (photos below), removing the upper layers of skin. The micro-thermal treatment triggers the body's natural healing process, stimulating the growth of new, healthy skin. Thus, fractionated skin resurfacing treats small zones of the skin, leaving surrounding tissue untouched and intact. These untouched areas act as a reservoir for more effective and rapid tissue healing and collagen production.

We use fractionated Erb:YAG and CO2 lasers.
